The Scrape Armor Z06 / E-Ray side intake guards is designed from OEM CAD data to match the exact contours of your Z06's side intake.
3D formed with an advanced install alignment guide system, precision fit is easy to achieve with an at home install.
Scrape Armor side intake guard easily installs utilizing two mounting brackets and a custom alignment piece which replaces the OEM trim piece on the bottom.
EASY INSTALL WITH OUR ALIGNMENT SYSTEM
The C8 Z06 / E-Ray Side Intake Guards come with an easy to use install system that features custom injection molded parts to ensure a precise and accurate fit.
Utilizing the vehicle door jam, we've created an alignment tool to ensure a perfect fit for your side intake guard.
The door jam alignment guard aligns to vehicle body, giving you a guide edge for the front edge of the side intake mesh during install.
3D FORMED FROM OEM DATA
We worked directly with GM's OEM CAD Data to create a side intake guard that matches the complex curvature of your vehicles inner quarter panel.
The result is a factory level fitment allowing while still allowing full access to all items for maintenance and service.
