Since 2015 the chase to evacuate engine heat from the LT4 powered Z06 has been a challenge for the hardcore racers to the casual track hobbyists, and ACS Composite has created a way help the overheating!

The C7 Z06 extractor conversion kit is designed to upgrade the C7 Z06 hood to a true engine extractor hood. Dual extractor inserts are installed over the headers along with a water / heat management panel to the inner structure. 

While heat is extracted, rain water is channeled to the side rails and safely evacuated at the hinge point away from delicate engine electronics. 

Manufactured in ABS-PC plastic, the final assembly exudes craftsmanship, design and ingenuity. The exterior panels are offered in Carbon Flash Black to match the original front hood vent, or unpainted. Inners are in a textured black finish or also Carbon Flash Black. 

Installation will require to trim two openings in the hood using the supplied digital templates and detailed instruction manual. Outer and inner panels are bolted to each other creating a seamless and factory look.
